The Children's Department of the John C. Hart Memorial Library will sponsor a pumpkin decorating program on October 29. It will be held in the Community Room of the Shrub Oak facility at 3:30 P.M. Children of all ages are welcome, but parents must stay with any children in 2nd grade and under. Each participant must bring his own pumpkin, but the library will supply the decorations. The program is open to all Yorktown and Cortlandt residents. Space is limited, so register in person soon at the Library. For further information call 245-5262.
