White Plains, N. Y., Aug. 3,-The late Charles V. Carpenter of Yorktown left an estate valued at more than $11,000, according to his will filed for probate here today. The property is inherited by the widow, Mrs. Viola Carpenter of Peekskill, and a nephew, Charles W. Carpenter of Lake Mahopac.
Another will filed today is that of late Thomas Acanpera of 30 Ward Avenue, Mamaroneck, who left property whose value has not been estimated. It is inherited by the widow, Mrs. Theresa Acanpera.
The late Henry F. Lake of Mount Vernon left property valued at $1,000, according to the transfer tax affidavit filed with his will today. It goes to his widow, Mrs. Jessie Lake.
