Charles Fowler, of Shrub Oak, poses wilt his entry, "Summer Lake," an oil, at the art exhibit which closes tomorrow at the John C. Hart Memorial Library, Shrub Oak. Mr. Fowler's canvas was one of the top attention-getters at the show. A vocal music teacher in a Rochester suburban junior high school, he has had no formal art instruction.
